Utah woman finds someone else’s wedding photos on her digital picture frame

SALT LAKE CITY – A Utah woman who found herself the “picture perfect” gift this Christmas has now started looking for the original owner of that gift.

It was a second-hand digital frame. When Andressa Day opened it, she found something she thinks someone has been missing for a long time – an SD card loaded with dozens of pictures.  

“I got a few things for Christmas, hoping to find some treasures for Christmas, which I did,” said Day. “And then I found this digital-like frame.” 

The pictures included a wedding day at what looks like the Bountiful Temple, pictures of the rings, the bride, even the ever-popular pose in front of the temple doors. 

That’s not all. 

 “It has a lot of pictures there from the honeymoon to a baby born,” Day added.  

She said a gift receipt from 2010 was included with the frame.  

Day said that makes the pictures at least a decade old.  

She lost a similar card with treasures of her own years ago and would have loved to find it, even if it was years.  “I hope they’re still married because this should be good news.” 

Take a good look at the photos, while the people likely look a bit different now, nearly 12-years later, these are pictures of memories the owners would probably want to have back.
