How Sofia Richie is ‘getting snatched’ before Elliot Grainge wedding

Sofie Richie is getting into bride mode.

The model, 24, shared her fitness routine with her 7.8 million Instagram followers as her wedding with fiancé, Elliot Grainge, nears.

“This week on getting snatched for me (sic) wedding (lol),” she wrote on her Instagram Stories on Friday.

Richie then told her fans what equipment they will need for the workout, including a jump rope, two bala hand weights and a five-pound hand weight.

The bride-to-be said she worked out for 30 seconds each in different stations, doing side planks, crunches and more. After completing six rounds of the exercise, Richie ended her workout session with a “deep stretch.”

Not only has Richie been hitting the gym, but she’s also been watching what she eats.

Earlier this month, Lionel Richie’s youngest daughter broke down her “strict diet,” which includes a variety of high-protein foods and tons of vegetables.

“My wedding is in a few months so I wanted to get an early start on it,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories on Dec. 2.

“I try my hardest to fast until 12pm ( with the Exception of coffee ). For lunch I have either a salad or a high protein meal. I eat my dinner around 630 pm, which is the last meal before I go to bed ( no snacking ).” 

Though Richie said she tries her hardest to avoid any carbs or sugar, she admitted that will sometimes give herself “a little treat.”

Back in April, Grainge got down on one knee and popped the question to Richie, whom he had been dating since 2021.

Richie shared images from the intimate proposal on Instagram, writing, “Forever isn’t long enough @elliot.”

While the couple hasn’t shared details about when their nuptials will take place, in October, Richie threw an epic bachelorette party in Paris with her close friends and family — including big sis, Nicole Richie — who sported pink penis headbands.
