Evelyn Sharma, who tied the knot with Australia-based dental surgeon Tushaan Bhindi last month, has been sharing pictures from her honeymoon on Instagram. The actress-entrepreneur had a dreamy low-key countryside wedding ceremony in Brisbane and in an interview with Bombay Times had said, “We started our wedding celebrations with a legal ceremony. We would have loved for our family and friends from around the world to be present, but we know their blessings are always with us. We hope to host a big wedding reception and all of our family and friends will celebrate our love with us. For now, we are grateful for their good wishes and blessings as we pray for a better time ahead for our homeland India.”
While the actress hasn’t revealed where they are honeymooning, the pictures show the couple at a quiet beachside. Evelyn and Tushaan got engaged in 2019 after a romantic proposal by Tushaan in front of the Sydney Harbour, and had initially planned a lavish wedding, but had to scale down their plans due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The actress had spoken about her relationship in the past and said that she couldn’t wait to tie the knot.
Evelyn, who has appeared in films such as Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, From Sydney With Love, Nautanki Saala, Issaq, Main Tera Hero and Yaariyan, was last seen in Saaho that featured Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor.
